Green Angle presents: 45groove

This Friday night I'll be playing the Green Angle presents: 45groove party at Ucess The Lounge in Harajuku alongside DJ Muro, Magara and more.

Happy Birthday DJ Muro

I had the pleasure of going to hear DJ Muro last night as he spun a special birthday set at Ucess The Lounge in Harajuku.  Amazing set as expected and always a pleasure to meet up with him when visiting Tokyo.

'Shifting Gears' a breaks and sample mix at 45rpm

By now hopefully you're already in the know about my new release dropping on July 21st via Record Breakin Music.  My new mix is a 200 limited edition cassette only mix done in the stylings and pays homage to the legendary diggers and 'cratestorians' that defined the genre.  DJ's like DJ Muro (King of Diggin'), Soulman, Kon & Amir, The Conmen, Paul Nice and more dug deep into the crates to deliver these timeless and now sought after gems via cassette in the 90's and early 2000's.

In keeping within the standards of those who defined the genre, this mix was done 100% analog.  Recorded live from original 45s to cassette 4 track to your home, car tape deck and boombox.  As a limited edition of 200, pre orders are available now and most have already been sold don't wait to order yours.
