Tonight I make my debut at Johnny Brenda's with my new party, Pure Dynamite!  Come out and here a selection of sizzling funk & soul 45's for your pleasure.

The Soul Spot / Alamo City Soul Club (San Antonio, TX)

Fresh off of my Japan tour and with only a few days of rest in between, I'll be heading to San Antonio to play back to back parties.  First up on April 15th I'll be playing along with The Soul Spot resident DJs and spinning a selection of Modern Soul, Disco and Funk tunes at Tucker's Kozy Korner.  

Then on Saturday night it's all about those little records with a big sound and heavy Funk & Soul cuts as I guest spot at Alamo City Soul Club.  Flavors upon flavors in San Antonio for the weekend so be sure to come out and dance the time away!

Hip Drop (Osaka)

This Saturday night I'll be playing Hip Drop in Osaka which happens to be the last date on my Japan tour.  Looking forward to catching up with my friends and fam before heading back to the states.

SPEAKEASY TYO

Playing the Sunday afternoon / evening party Speakeasy, Tokyo's #1 vibeout party this weekend alongside DJ Sarasa, Brookyn Terry and other guests.  This is one of those feel good parties that you can let lose and do you.

The Sound of Philadelphia

The Sound of Philadelphia is one that has influenced artists for years and my new CD, The Philadelphia Sound is dedicated to the one of the most legendary labels ever, Philadelphia International Records.  This new CD is an all 45 Disco, Soul and R&B mix and exclusive sale in Japan during my tour.

Last weekend I made a return trip to Cambridge to DJ at one of the most fun and exciting parties going on in the states, Soulelujah! The night is dedicated to funk & soul gems played for an audience that loves to dance, drink and have fun and my second appearance was just as much of a pleasure as the first.  Thank you to everyone that came through on a beautiful spring like night in November.

This Saturday night I'll be making a return appearance at the hippest place in Cambridge, Soulelujah! After playing a set earlier this year, I was asked to pack a deep bag a raw funk 45's and return to play alongside the residents for the always packed house of music lovers.  If you're in the area and have never been to Soulelujah! then you need to do yourself some good a attend!

Hot Peas & Butta at Mojo Club

Looking forward to once again playing that the legendary Mojo Club in Hamburg Germany on Oct 10th as part of the Hot Peas & Butta Germany 5 year anniversary tour.  Mojo Club is a beautiful venue with an amazing sound system so it's definitely an honor.

Looking forward to bringing Hot Peas & Butta to Strasbourg France next month an playing at Mudd Club as part of their 3 day festival of parties.  We'll be taking over the club on Oct 30th and taking you on a a funk, soul, reggae, rare groove 45 excursion.

Hot Peas & Butta Germany 5 Year Anniversary Tour

Super excited to announce that one month from today we'll be kicking off the Hot Peas & Butta Germany 5 year anniversary tour.  During the month, Scarce One, Selecta M and myself along with special guest DJs will be dropping a heavy dosage of funk, soul, rare groove and reggae 45s in 7 different cities.  To kick things off, we've got something very special in the works so stay tuned for details!

The 45 Sessions Finale

This Friday I'm bouncing over to Oakland with my Butta Brother Supreme La Rock to close out The 45 Sessions 5 Year Anniversary Finale.  This will be the last night of this amazing party which we rocked back in 2011 so it's an honor to help them end it in a major way!
